Importance of Teamwork!

Teamwork and understanding different personalities are more important to the growth of business and education than “individual” strengths. The majority of us live our lives with the goal of “working together” to optimize our human potential in both our careers and personal relationships.

Freedom and acceptance of self and others are important parts of building relationships and self-esteem. When we understand our cultural and personality differences, we will embrace our unique communication styles more positively.

Effective communication tools are essential in all areas of our life to create a healthy balance. This process enables us to more clearly understand our natural core values and behaviors, empowering us to live our lives to the best of our potential.

Managing Life’s Changes

We all deal with life changes and challenges differently. “The theory [of psychological type] is that much seemingly chance variation in human behavior is not due to chance; it is in fact the logical result of a few basic, observable differences in mental
functioning” (Isabel Briggs Myers).

People will not “resist change” as long as they have some kind of a choice in the process.

Intentional Change...is when individuals or groups of people are involved in the decision making process of change and have the information, details, reasons, strategies, and understand how and why they are being implemented.

Imposed Change...is whenthe decision of change has or is being made without the necessary information, details, reasons for individuals involved to openly discuss, offer an opinion and be a part of the process of change!

If individual personalities are able to better understand their own process of change. Life’s day to day occurrences of stress will be easier to accept as...

A Part of Life’s Journey!”

Designed to value strengths of all people!

My education and career in working with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator started in 1992. During a six month span I experienced both the loss of my dad to death and a sudden change in my career that made the 25 years I had invested in the travel industry seem pretty unimportant to me.

Now, I teach others how to better understand their natural inborn personality style.  They learn how to experience an incredible amount of freedom in making healthy choices, decisions and embracing situations of loss and change which are out of their power to control.

The cost of my work varies in relation to your needs, the desired outcomes, and the amount of time involved in achieving your goals.  I will assess the challenge, define expectations, and quote a fee before the work begins. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups which are often comprised of professional or business staff and management personnel. For individuals and families who live on a minimal income, I do have a sliding scale.
